About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client management and financial services, with a passion for building and maintaining client relationships. As a Client Relationship Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and objectives.

Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.
Conduct regular client meetings to review financial plans and discuss any changes or updates.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relationship management or a similar role in the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of financial products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proactive and solution-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and tasks effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
